With non-degree courses, you can learn new skills, develop motor skills, improve your fitness and many other benefits for your overall health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The modalities offered are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2800<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aerials Course<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In our Aerial Acrobatics course, students learn acrobatic techniques on the aerial hoop, aerial silk, and trapeze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The training sessions promote body strengthening and follow a methodology that welcomes people of all skill levels, ensuring maximum benefit for all bodies and ages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2800<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Acrobatics Course<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In our Ground Acrobatics course, students develop skills like flips, balances, and flexibility, while also building strength and body awareness to enhance their overall movement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our instructors are ready to support you at every step, whether you&#8217;re taking your first leap or refining your technique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2800<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Circus workshop<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In our circus classes, fun, learning, and creativity come together in one exciting experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer classes for all ages, starting from 3 years old, where students embark on a circus journey, exploring juggling, balancing, acrobatics, and more, fostering physical, emotional, and social development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2800<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can schedule your first trial class in any discipline for free through our WhatsApp: <strong>+55 31 97188-4703<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our space is located at Tv.
