Data such as name, email, phone number, SSN, ID, and responses from forms and surveys are collected via email and forms for purposes like registrations and contracts.

Sensitive data such as medical history, certificates, and recommendations may be requested for better engagement in activities and increased safety during practices.

ICC sends via WhatsApp: updates, event promotions, and invitations.

By accepting our policy, you authorize ICC to capture images of activities you participate in for the specific purpose of publication on social media and the Institute’s channels, as well as those of its partners, collaborators, supporters, and/or sponsors—without any cost to the institution and on a permanent basis.

In compliance with the LGPD, we share data only when necessary to fulfill legal or contractual obligations, always ensuring the security and privacy of information.

ICC may collaborate with partner companies to provide resources and applications related to services, which may involve sharing personal data. Thus, personal data collected may be shared with partner companies, payment processors, fraud prevention agents, tax identification agencies, bulk email sender platforms, cloud storage providers, and suppliers of applications, software, and educational platforms. However, ICC only shares collected personal data with companies that ensure compliance with minimum security standards and data protection laws.

Personal data may be shared with state bodies and regulatory agencies to fulfill legal and regulatory obligations to which ICC is subject.

Under no circumstances does ICC license, sell, or transfer personal data to any third party for profit or in violation of this Policy.

ICC adopts appropriate security measures to prevent personal data from being accidentally lost, used, accessed without authorization, altered, or disclosed.

  • Indication of the technical and security measures used to protect the data;
